Adding Additional Participants

For Records that represent more than 2 people, such as a trust, Additional Participants can be added in the Identification section of the Record. This only stores the name and SSN/TIN of the participant and is primarily intended to assist in Contact matching for the Wealth Platform/CRM Sync feature.

Adding an Additional Participant

  1. Open the Record you need to add a participant for.
  2. Navigate to Details > Identification.
  3. Under Additional Participants, click ADD NEW.
  4. Enter the participant name and SSN/TIN. Use the to add more than one at the same time.
  5. Click ADD when finished.

Participants can be edited or deleted by hovering on an existing participant and clicking EDIT.
