Feature to Restore Deleted Actions
Would be nice to have a feature to restore deleted actions (like you can restore deleted records). Would alleviate a lot of pain and hardship when a whole company has access to records (things get easily deleted or misplaced).
Auto logoff when computer is locked or asleep

Adding Century Gothic Font

Don't create actions when sending mass emails
We would like to be able to uncheck the box that creates the action under each record when sending mass emails. We send several mass emails, and these actions clog up the view and make it difficult to find actions that need attention.

Ability to Preview Junxure Documents
It would be a time-saver to be able to preview Junxure Documents instead of having to download them. I currently try to "preview" docs by hoovering over the 3 dots under Commands and choosing "Edit Document Online" but sometimes this doesn't work.
Integration with Orion Planning Portal

New Client Onboard Link

Manually archiving emails
I'm wondering if something has changed when manually archiving emails. I have noticed twice in the past week that I have used the binoculars to look up a record and attached an email to said record, but it ends up becoming part of a past email thread (likely because the client had replied to an old email). I understand the system is trying to keep related emails under the same action, but I think in the past this was a choice. This seems to be happening automatically, and it is burying new emails
Return to Grid - without refreshing page
Would like the feature of Return to Grid after you complete a task, that it will refresh on its own vs having to refresh (F5 or go out of the page then go back in) the page. This has always been a feature, however as of 8/26/20...we now have to refresh the page in order for the task to show as complete/change of date. I completed a ticket on 8/26/20, and was told that the team was working on it. Now, it's been almost a month and still has not been fixed. Can we please have a the team re-look at
Workflow Action Template Category

Meeting Frequency option "every 9 months"

Advisor would like to be able to see the last time he specifically had an action associated to a record. Example - wants to be able to see who he has not spoken to in last 6 months regardless of other actions associates to the client by admin users.
