I would like to be able to load a custom grid My Pending Actions that is different from my All Actions grid. 

I don't need the "Complete" column in My Pending Actions, but I do like to see that in all actions.  And I don't need a days until due or due date in my All Actions grid, but I do want to see that in My Pending Actions.
