Many times I get push back as to why actions do not work as easily for advisors/CSRs as Outlook Calendar does.  Many people put to-dos on their outlook calendars and move it around with ease. It would be amazing if actions appeared on our calendars. So we can see our schedule with the actions for that day.  Perhaps we put a time and day on an action?  This way actions are visual and easier to plan along with our day.
