Since transitioning to Office 365, we are experiencing issue's capturing emails and maintaining a consistent connection.  If we there were a "select page" option in the highlighted area, it would make the resynch process easier.  We currently have to resynch by manually selecting each email in the sent and inbox for the last day or however long it's been inactive.
