Action Data Change Tool NEEDED for Recurring Action Definition workspace
Hi. Please make it possible for us to use the Action Data Change Tool on our recurring actions. In order to change a subject on all like recurring actions, I believe I have to go into each individual recurring action and make the change. It would be SOOOOO
Wrap "Action Subject" Text in Grid View
The text in the "Action Note" column will wrap to allow us to view more than one line. Will you please set the Action Subject column to do the same thing?
Record Summary Revamp?
When printing the Record Summary, it would be very helpful if, instead of listing "Person 1" and "Person 2" the actual names of the people could appear on the Record Summary. Even just a first name would help. We print the Record Summary before each meeting
O365 Email Integration (Office 365) - missing functionality
In the Email Management workspace, it would be nice to have: 1. The ability to reply to an email in-line. Right now it seems the best way to reply to an email is to have to click on the record ID and then click on the email address, vs. 1 click in outlook
Multi Factor Authentication Passcode e-mail
As a firm we find that e-mailing an authentication code weakens our Cybersecurity policies. We would like to eliminate this option from the MFA selection. Would it be possible to make this a Firm controlled choice in the Login Security Setting?
My past due and due today actions
Right now the only option when you click on an action in the list is to go back to the grid. I would love to have a next and back option as well. This way I can just click through all my pending actions and make updates as needed. I think it already exists
New Look of Junxure

Funtionality on an iPad
Currently when logged into Junxure on an iPad, if you put the iPad in sleep mode (the screen turns off) you are automatically logged out of Junxure. This is different from a PC- if you walk away and/or lock your screen you will stay logged into Junxure.
Recurring Action Definition- 1st step to complete automatically
In most of our workflows, we have the 1st step complete automatically. We typically create a workflow template in the workflow setup, and then add it as a recurring action definition. However, sometimes we just create the workflow as a recurring action
Email Grid - Ability to search in the body of the emails
In Junxure desktop, we were able to search a word on the entire email grid, and that grid included a field for something like the first 300 characters of the body of the email. Nearly every one of my staff has expressed concern about being able to locate

Right now, it seems the links to records from records search page don't even allow you to open in a new tab with a right click. I'd really like to be able to leave the records search page open on a tab and have the records themselves open on new tabs.
Name Changes

Alerts on actions within a workflow assigned by yourself
We would like each employee to receive action alerts on all actions assigned to them within a workflow. Currently, if an employee fires off the workflow, they do not receive any alerts for actions assigned to them within the workflow. This can be problematic

It would be helpful if the RECORD quick-links from the Record is available when clicking into an action from the actions grid.
Save vs. Save & Replace
Hello Junxure, It would be helpful to have a "Save" button while working on documents in Junxure vs. "Save & Replace". It is time consuming to have to close out of a document if you simply want to save your progress. -Sean
Recurring action - adding recurring action to multiple clients
Please add this functionality. This is a very common need. As example, I'd like to add a tax reporting email to be sent to all clients annually in February. Can't do this now in Junxure, which seems like should be basic functionality. Thanks.
Exporting SINGLE contacts to Outlook
We would like to be able to export a SINGLE contact from Junxure to Outlook and not every single contact. We were able to do this in Junxure Desktop but now cant in Cloud.

First or Last name not required for person card
