I understand you cannot add a cc address or additional emails in the 'To'  when using a template with Outlook 365.  In addition, the 'To' field is blank when opening the email so you have to rely on that it is populated in the email.  I would like to be able to add the Advisor as a cc or additional email address to the correspondence that I'm sending to a client .
