In our firm the team finds that it isn't obvious via a quick visual glance as to how actions are related.

  

For example if a workflow begins with an appointment "parent" action and then following that appointment, several child actions get created with updates, in the records grid they just look like sequential actions.  To identify this relationship without having to open multiple actions and keep returning to the grid each time, we have to check the proximity of date created and action UID and/or make sure we keep the subject line the same from parent to each child action.  This can work but gets visually crowded and tiresome doing so much text scanning,  It would be great if the actions grid had a nested look the way Workflow monitor does BUT from where you could also click directly into each parent or child action.
