In Junxure desktop, we were able to search a word on the entire email grid, and that grid included a field for something like the first 300 characters of the body of the email. Nearly every one of my staff has expressed concern about being able to locate emails in client records easily. They search by text in the grid or the body field very regularly. I'm afraid it will take them quite a bit longer to find emails in Cloud if they don't know when the email may have been sent. If it matters, we will be using hosted Exchange for the foreseeable future (not 365).
