How Can We Help section Alerts

We are currently unable to turn off alerts from within the "How Can We Help section".

Please allow us to control that option similar to how users can turn off action alerts.  

Of the 60 people at our firm, 5 people will read or actually care about those notices.  They are absolutely awesome and SUPER helpful for me the Admin but our CEO and Managers rely on me to monitor those items. Currently, If they want the alerts to be removed, they would need to click with in EACH of those different sections to clear out the alerts in that area.  In addition, there's no indication of how many alerts are in each section. (Yikes)  I have to clear someone's alerts and will capture the current process real time. 

We live in an OCD environment of alert bubbles and they just want them gone.
