Action Management Search feature by Action number
Hi - if anyone has learned how to search for an existing Action by the Action number, not by Record (I don't always know what Record it might be under) please let me know? I couldn't find the feature in AE, it is in JD now and we use it daily. We'll get
Action ID numbers- question, not an enhancement request; help needed
There doesn't seem to be a search feature to find existing Actions nor prior Actions by their Action ID numbers. All Actions have one, but I cannot find any reference as to how to search for an Action by its ID number. In JD it is under Action Management
No global pre-built reports? Not an enhancement request- functionality not addressed
While I know that JD is not AE, JD had a vast selection of global pre-built reports that were not record specific- in AE, the pre-built reports are lean with limited functionality. And there's a dearth of global reports, such as- show me all the actions
Actions still takes you to the old layout, needs to go to the new layout
When I click on an Action from my "My past due and Due Today" list, it takes me to the old layout. It would be a time saver if it went to the workflow tab on the new layout. I now have to click on the record name, the workflows tab, and the action itself
Search Workflow Name
It would be really great if there was a Search box within the Workflow Setup area that allowed you to search by Workflow Name. I've got a lot of workflows and it takes some digging to find the right one when I need to edit it. I know I can sort by Workflow
Linked Email
We would like to see the email linked to actions be searchable.
Reminder DATES
The automatic expiration of reminders is great, but It would be awesome if the system could tell us the date a reminder was added. We've made it a policy at our firm to include the creation date when you're adding the reminder so everyone knows how new/old
More than 2 Persons/Owners
It would helpful to be able to link more than two individuals to a company/business record. I have several business clients that have more than two owners - Being able to link them all would be ideal.
Integration with Squarespace

Workflow Summary Box
When creating new workflows it's very difficult to view the summary box due to its small size. Additionally dragging actions and moving them around becomes difficult within the software too (if the summary box could be expanded this might help). Any chance
Meeting Frequency - Triennial
We would like to add a "meeting frequency" of every 3 years (I believe the technical term would be "triennial"). We meet with a majority of our clients every 3 years, and not having that as an option in the system basically renders the Meeting Monitor
Attach Account Number to actions
We used this feature extensively in Desktop and now realize it is not an option in Cloud.
Email Link Opens Message Draft in Outlook
Hello, We do not use AdvisorEngine for client emails, using Outlook instead. It would be great to be able to have the option to click an email address in a client record and have that open a new message in Outlook.
Shareable Dashboards
Hello the Dashboards are AWESOME! Suggestion: Create an option to share dashboards OR Like the workspace template searches allow me to steal someone else search, allow user to grab someone's dashboard without the option to edit.
Assign more than one user to an action

Edit Subject/Details while adding workflow

Copy Action ID Feature

Action Calendar Date
On the different calendar date fields in actions have a today button that defaults to the current date.
Summary card through Action workspace
When navigating to an Action through Records workspace, we can easily click the Summary Card icon to temporarily view critical data. That's great! However, the Summary Card icon is not available when we navigate to an Action through the Actions workspace
"Asset Data Change Tool" - Add Rebalance field or allow custom fields to be selected
It would be awesome if we could allow custom fields to be selected for the "Asset Data Change Tool". Currently I have to spend hours updating our "Last Rebalance Date" field individually because the Asset Data Change Tool won't let me mass edit this data.
Copy Workflow no e-mail
