Hello,

My firm currently uses AE "canned" reports when prepping for meetings, specifically Contact Information and Beneficiary reports as a confirm/update where necessary worksheet for clients. 

When pulling these reports I have a couple of complaints.

 1. It takes soo long

2.  If I attempt to pull both reports at the same time (to then go off somewhere else while they buffer) more often then not the pages crash and I have to start over again. (Tech support told me I was overloading the system and to just do one at a time. Which is understandable but still frustrating)

3. When the report loads and I go to Print to PDF about a 3rd of the time the page crashes/ error message and I have to start over. 

As a firm that uses this tool for EVERY meeting, I feel like I spend way to long waiting for these reports and/or restarting this process to finally get what is needed. 

HERE IS MY PROPOSAL : 

1. Increase speed if nothing else

      - self explanatory - I don't know computer programming but there has got to be something here. 

2. Ability to queue multiple reports across multiple clients

      - I input all of the reports I need for the week into one entry and bada bing bada boom it spits them all out as they are ready (preferably into separate PDF's for each report but I'll take what I can get)

I think that the ability to queue multiple of these canned reports would make a dramatic difference in daily operating procedures for our office and hopefully (fingers crossed) would help others as well.
