Sending Email on Behalf of Another User
AdvisorEngine CRM links directly to your mail server to send emails.
To send an email as a different User:
Option 1 (preferred): Log in to AE CRM as that User. If their email has been set up, you will be able to send an email on their behalf.
Option 2 (Exchange and Google Only): Update your personal Email Setup information with the other User’s email information. Follow the steps in Microsoft Exchange: User Setup or Google: User Setup, but replace your Email Address, Username, and Password with the other User’s Email Address, Username, and Password.
Send the email and it will appear as sent by the email address just entered.
When finished, be sure to revert your changes. Enter your own Email Address, Username, and Password in email setup or every email sent out will appear as coming from the other user.
