Dashboard Card: Opportunities Lost - By Reason

Opportunities Lost - By Reason is a visualization card available for AdvisorEngine CRM Dashboards. For a full list of available cards, see Dashboards Card Library.

Opportunities Lost - By Reason

The Opportunities Lost - By Reason Card displays projected values for lost Opportunities and a pie chart broken down by the reason the Opportunities were lost.

To display on this Card, an Opportunity must have:

  • A value entered in either Projected Recurring Revenue, Projected Non-Recurring Revenue, or Projected Asset Value.
  • The Won/Lost drop-down set to Lost.
  • The Reason Lost filled in.

View By

Click the View By drop-down to choose between viewing the Card by Projected Asset Value, Projected Non-Recurring Revenue, or Projected Recurring Revenue.

Set Owners

Click the OWNERS drop-down in the upper right to adjust whose lost Opportunities you are viewing.

  • Remove owners by clicking remove by the user name.
  • Remove all currently selected owners by clicking in the bottom right.
  • Add owners by clicking and selecting the users to add. Click to collapse the selection drop-down.
  • Toggle Show Only Active Employees on to only see active Users or off to see data for any Users whether active or not.
  • Click APPLY to confirm your changes.

Set Date Range

Click the date range in the upper right corner to choose how much historical data to display in the tile. Choose a pre-defined range or set a custom range.

Drill Down

Click any section of the pie chart to open a pop-up Grid filtered to the selected Opportunties.

  • Use the Search box to search by Record Name or Opportunity Name for a particular Opportunity with calculated totals.
  • Click to export the Grid to CSV. You may select additional columns of data to include before downloading the CSV.
  • Click any row or GO TO GRID to be taken to the Opportunities workspace.
