New Features and Enhancements

  • Informational Contacts may now be promoted to full Records.
  • New columns of data have been added to the Informational Contacts and Relationships Grids.
    • Relationships: AUM, Net Worth, Advisor 1, Advisor 2, CSR, Age Person 1, Age Person 2
    • Informational Contacts: Age
  • New button on summary cards and contact info allows copying an email address directly to the system clipboard.
  • Notes tab on the Record has been significantly enhanced allowing formatting, full screen editing, and indicators for which sections contain notes. (Does not apply to legacy Record view.)
  • New dashboard visualization cards including New Clients by Source, New Clients by Advisor, New Prospects by Owner, and Clients elegible for Medicare.
  • Drill-down Grids for the Total Actions Completed w/ Avg Completion Time and Actions Completed by Employee visualization cards now have a Role column/filter capability.

Issues Resolved

  • Resolved a display issue when mass adding workflows from the Record workspace.
  • Action Grid now refreshes to show changes after using the Action Data Change tool.
  • Resolved a case where dashboards resize constantly.
  • Resolved a case where shared dashboard cards did not indicate the "as of today" status.
  • Insurance dashboard drill-down grids now export in the correct column order.
  • Opportunities Lost by Reason visualization card now includes Records with a termination date.
  • Insurance visuals now include unexpired policies that have a start date prior to the filter.
  • Resolved an issue exporting a dashboard with several growth cards.
