Open Opportunities - Insights is a visualization card available for AdvisorEngine CRM Dashboards. For a full list of available cards, see Dashboards Card Library.

Open Opportunities - Insights

The Open Opportunities - Insights Card displays total projected values across open Opportunties with a donut graph broken down by Opportunity Type, with a section size based on the projected values.

To display on this Card, an Opportunity must:

• Have a Status that does not contain "Closed".
• Have an Opportunity Type assigned.
• Have a value entered in either Projected Recurring Revenue, Projected Non-Recurring Revenue, or Projected Asset Value.

View By

Click the View By drop-down to choose between viewing the Card by Projected Asset Value, Projected Non-Recurring Revenue, or Projected Recurring Revenue.

Set Owners

Click the OWNERS drop-down in the upper right to adjust whose open Opportunities you are viewing.

• Remove owners by clicking remove by the user name.
• Remove all currently selected owners by clicking in the bottom right.
• Add owners by clicking and selecting the users to add. Click to collapse the selection drop-down.
• Toggle Show Only Active Employees on to only see active Users or off to see data for any Users whether active or not.
• Click APPLY to confirm your changes.

Set Date Range

Click the date range in the upper right corner to choose how much historical data to display in the tile. Choose a pre-defined range or set a custom range.

Hover

Hover over any segment of the donut graph to see the Opportunity Type and the percent of total Opportunities that section makes up. (The size of the sections are based on the total revenue/asset values in that section, not the percent of the Opportunities.)

Drill Down

Click any section of the donut to open a pop-up Grid filtered to the selected Opportunties with calculated totals.

• Use the Search box to search by Record Name or Opportunity Name for a particular Opportunity.
• Click to export the Grid to CSV. You may select additional columns of data to include before downloading the CSV.
• Click any row or GO TO GRID to be taken to the Opportunities workspace.
