Dashboard Card: Won/Lost Clients

Won/Lost Clients is a visualization card available for AdvisorEngine CRM Dashboards. For a full list of available cards, see Dashboards Card Library.

Won/Lost Clients

The Won/Lost Clients Card displays a line graph of clients added or removed from the CRM over the time frame selected. The graph uses the Date Became Client (Client Anniversary) for Won clients, and Termination Date for Lost Clients. Records must also have a Classification of Client and an assigned Advisor 1 to show.

Set Advisors

Click the ADVISORS drop-down in the upper right to adjust whose open Opportunities you are viewing.

  • Remove advisors by clicking remove by the user name.
  • Remove all currently selected advisors by clicking in the bottom right.
  • Add advisors by clicking and selecting the users to add. Click to collapse the selection drop-down.
  • Click APPLY to confirm your changes.

Set Date Range

Click the date range in the upper right corner to choose how much historical data to display in the tile. Choose a pre-defined range or set a custom range.

Hover

Hover over any segment of the bar graph for additional details on the items in that segment.

Drill Down

Click any bar of the graph to open a pop-up Grid filtered to the selected Records with totals for all four View By criteria.

  • Use the Search box to search by Record Name.
  • Click to export the Grid to CSV. You may select additional columns of data to include before downloading the CSV.
  • Click any row to be taken directly to that Record.
