Dashboard Card: Policy Status Summary

Policy Status Summary is a visualization card available for AdvisorEngine CRM Dashboards. For a full list of available cards, see Dashboards Card Library.

Policy Status Summary

Policies Status Summary card provides a bar graph showing how many policies in the selected filters fall under each possible Status.

Only policies on Records that have an Advisor 1 assigned, have a Client classification, and no Termination Date are included.

Policies themselves must have a policy date and the effective date must be before or during the selected time span.

Clients Filter

Use the Clients filter to see policies from all Clients or only clients you manually select from the search and drop-down.

Select Period

Use the Period drop-down to choose how far back to view policy statuses. You can select YTD, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, Last 12 Months, or define a custom date range.

Drill Down

Click any bar to view a grid of the specific policies with that status along with additional details around the policies.

  • Use the Search box to search for a particular policy.
  • Click to export the Grid to CSV. You may select additional columns of data to include before downloading the CSV.
  • Click any row to be taken directly to the selected insurance policy.
