Dashboard Card: AUM by Advisor

AUM by Advisor is a visualization card available for AdvisorEngine CRM Dashboards. For a full list of available cards, see Dashboards Card Library.

AUM by Advisor

The AUM by Advisor card shows a bar graph of up to 10 Advisors and the combined AUM each has across their clients. As historical financial data is not stored in AE CRM, only the current status may be viewed.

To be included in the results, the Record must have a Client classification, have one of the selected Advisors set as Advisor 1, have a Person 1 with a birthdate set, and have at least one managed asset.

View By

Only 10 Advisors may be viewed at a time in the graph. Select to view the Top 10 Advisors, Bottom 10 Advisors, or Custom Select to manually select which 10 you wish to view.

Drill Down

Hover over any Advisor for additional details on the AUM totals, number of clients, and Revenue amounts.

Click any Advisors’s bar to view a grid of the Advisor’s clients.

Click View All Advisors at the bottom to view a grid of all Records assigned to any Advisor.

  • Use the Search box to search for a particular Record by Record Name or Advisor.
  • Click to export the Grid to CSV. You may select additional columns of data to include before downloading the CSV.
  • Click any row to be taken directly to the selected Record.
