Replying to or Forwarding Emails from within AdvisorEngine CRM

Note: Before you can use this feature, your firm and user need to have email integration configured. See Email and Calendar Setup to get started.

Every email captured in AdvisorEngine CRM may be replied to or forwarded from within the program using the CRM’s built-in Correspondence Editor or Outlook Online, depending on your setup.

  1. Navigate to any email Grid. This could be the email section of a Record, or the linked emails associated with an Action.
  2. Identify the email you want to respond to or forward.
  3. Click the button for the type of response you want to create. The Correspondence Editor or Outlook Online will open in a new tab.
  4. Reply
    Reply All
    Forward
  5. Draft your email.
  6. Click Send. The email will be sent and you’ll be taken to the Action Overview for the Action linked to this email chain. The new email will be included in Linked Emails.
