Creating a Single Envelope or Label

Envelopes or Labels for a single Record can be created as part of Creating Single Letters in AdvisorEngine CRM, but the following process allows you to create Envelopes or Labels independent of any other communication.

  1. You can begin an Envelope/Label merge from multiple areas of AE CRM. Options include:
    • Select a single Record from the Record Workspace. From the toolbar, choose Document > Envelope or Label Only.
    • From within a Record, choose Document > Envelope or Label Only from the toolbar.
  2. From the Grid that appears, select the address from the Record that you want to merge. The Record Primary address will be selected by default.
  3. Select an envelope or label template from the drop-down list.
  4. Click Merge & Download. Your merged document will be downloaded through your web browser.
