Grouping Grids
Grids may be shown in a view that groups together like data from a particular column.
For example, you could group all Actions by Record Name to see how many Actions each Record has or group all Records by State of Residence to see which clients are in which states.
Grouping Grid Contents by a Column
Click and drag a column header onto the bar above the column headers.
Use the expand 
and collapse 
buttons to expand or collapse your groups for visibility.
Use the Expand All/Collapse All toggle in the blue bar to expand or collapse all groups simultaneously.
You can create groupings within groups by repeating the process with another column header.
Note: Depending on the size of the groups, some groupings may span several pages of a Grid. Pay attention to your selection and the grid page buttons 
when collapsing groups to be aware of further data on other pages.

Removing a grouping
Click the 
on the column name in the header bar to remove a column grouping.
