Using Quick Links (Legacy)

Note: The Quick Links feature is only available in the Legacy Record Layout.

Quick Links can be defined for any section of the Record Details, allowing you to quickly navigate to that section of the Record without going through the entire Record Navigation tree. All defined Quick Links appear at the top of the Record Navigation panel. You can define up to ten Quick Links. The links are specific to your user account and will persist for any Record you navigate to.

Adding Quick Links

  1. Use the Record Navigation tree to navigate to the section of the Record you want to define a Quick Link for.
  2. Click the hollow star at the heading of the section. The star will turn solid .

The section title appears in your Quick Links list allowing you to navigate directly to this Record section.

Removing Quick Links

  1. Navigate to a Record section that is currently linked in Quick Links.
  2. Click the solid star . You are asked to confirm the removal.

The star turns hollow again and the section title is removed from the Quick Links menu.

Ordering and Sorting Quick Links

Quick Links are listed in the order they were added. To set a new order of Quick Links, use the above steps to remove your current links and then re-add them in the order you would prefer.
