New Features and Enhancements

  • The Workflow Productivity Monitor dashboard card can now filter on Workflow Name and Record Type.
  • The Clients Out of Contact dashboard card can now filter by Contact Type (email, meeting, phone).

Issues Resolved

  • Resolved a case where completing an Action from the dashboard card would not show the Action complete in the Actions Workspace
  • Removed the ability to complete an Action without a note from the dashboard card when the feature is disabled in Firm Profile.
  • Total Actions Completed dashboard card now correctly counts child actions within workflows.
  • Resolved a case where some date ranges would not return data on the Total Actions Completed dashboard card.
