New Features and Enhancements

  • The online document editor has been upgraded and contains many new features and quality of life improvements.
  • The Send Email, Create Document, and Open Calendar controls are no longer available when adding a single-step workflow and appear only after saving the step the first time.
  • Users can now edit the managed/non-managed status of a position when manually adding or editing a position within an asset.
  • The cards and graphic elements of dashboards now scale with larger resolutions.
  • Users of the Office 365 integration can now CC or BCC recipients on mass emails.

Issues Resolved

  • When a Meeting type Action is deleted, the Last Meeting Date on the Record now updates if affected.
  • Resolved a case where the correspondence editor or outlook online would open twice.
  • Resolved a case where the column chooser would open unprompted after saving changes to a financial account.
  • Classifications removed from List Maintenance no longer show as search options in Record Search.
  • Resolved a case where the Workflow Productivity Monitor could not be filtered.
  • Resolved a case where not all cards would be exported from a dashboard export.
  • Resolved an error when trying to navigate to the last page of an empty grid.
  • Resolved a case where some dashboard cards would flicker when hovering over content.
  • Resolved a visual error in dashboards when using Edit mode.
  • Resolved a case where the Action item dashboard card wouldn't load content properly.
  • Card names now have a character limit.
  • Resolved a case where a 2nd group shared would not be displayed in the "members with access" section of a shared dashboard.
