New Features and Enhancements

  • Dashboards can now be shared between users. Shares can be established based on users, user groups, or offices.
  • Dashboards can be transferred between users by changing ownership.
  • A new pop-out menu from the Site Navigation bar allows you to jump directly to a specific Dashboard.
  • Notifications on the Site Navigation bar when a dashboard is shared to you.
  • A new All Dashboards view to see all your created Dashboards and those shared with you as well as take common dashboard actions on them.
  • Updates to Visualization cards to ensure terminated client data is not included in results.
  • Actions Completed cards now include Category information.
  • Action cards now include Priority information.
  • Microsoft 365 Integration users can now send as any mailbox added as shared.
  • Record Profile Details has been further enhanced around contact information for usability based on user feedback.
  • Using the Record search from the top navigation now shows Classifications in the results
  • Expand All and Collapse All controls have been added to Grids when using the Group feature.
  • Feature Security controls around Documents have been added. Default document storage can be hidden/locked for firms using integration partners.

Issues Resolved

  • Resolved a case where a Quick Create of a new Action would not attach to the correct Record.
