New Features and Enhancements

  • New Dashboard Visualization card: Total Actions Completed with average completion time.
  • Quick Create access can now be adjusted via Feature Security.
  • The pop-up notification following a quick create can be clicked to take you directly to the newly created item.
  • Enhancements to the viewing and editing of Employment, Interests & Favorites, and Identification sections of the Profile Details Record page.
  • Enhancement to the Alerting function on the Record Data Change Tool, particularly if the process does not complete successfully.
  • Users of the Microsoft 365 integration can now view and manage emails from other accounts in the Email Management workspace if those accounts are shared.

Issues Resolved

  • Clarified the criteria across finacial dashboard visuals for "client". Record must have classification of Client, an Advisor 1, and no Termination Date to show in the visuals as a Client.
  • Clarified Record Search in Quick Create to indicate searches require at least 2 characters.
  • Resolved a case where the Primary Role field on a User Profile would not save.
  • Resolved an issue where cancelling an Action edit would result in the Action deletion.
  • Resolved a case where the Quick Create tool would not appear on first login for the day.
  • Resolved a case where the Client Demographics card was not showing data for clients over 90 correctly.
  • Resolved a case where a deleted email could not be managed in the email managament workspace.
