New Features and Enhancements

• Quick Create: a new button available almost everywhere in the system to quickly add workflows, records, or opportunities.
• Keyboard Shortcuts: In conjunction with Quick Create, the features available can also be triggered from keyboard shortcuts using Alt/Option.
• Five new Visualization Cards have been added to the Dashboards: Discretionary/Non-Discretionary Accounts, Top Holdings, Firm AUM vs Goal, Managed/Non-Managed Accounts, and Accounts by Investment Model.
• New “Financial” Dashboard template has been added.
• New labelling on the Dashboard setup and customization to highlight new additions.
• Client Life Events dashboard card now shows all events in the current month/week, including those that have passed.
• Enhanced the layout of the Action Items dashboard card when it is expanded to a two column view. Today, Past Due, and Upcoming now stack along the left side of the card in expanded layouts.

Issues Resolved

• Resolved a case where longer Workflow names did not display correctly on the Active Workflows widget in the Record Summary.
• Resolved a case where changes in the Record Data Change tool did not show correctly after use.
• FYI drop-down in Actions now sizes correctly.
• Updated UI in some areas where legacy UI was still being used.
• Removed some unnecessary items appearing in the Activity Feed Record Summary widget.
• Resolved a visual error when editing a Nickname on the Person Card.
• Removed unnecessary horizontal scroll from Life Events dashboard card.
• Resolved a case where the New Dashboard would have two scroll bars.
• Updated the Dashboard Pin messaging for clarity.
• Clients Out of Contact dashboard card should now display the Last Contact date of the last Action for contact correctly.
• Resolved a number of issues with Microsoft 365 integration:
• Resolved a case where emails could not be sent from an account that had an alias associated.
• Resolved a case where editing an Action that you had sent an email from automatically reopens the send email dialog.
• Emails captured should now retain proper text formatting.
• Unattaching an email from an Action in the Email Management workspace will no longer drop you back to page one of the grid.
• Resolved a case where an ampersand in the content of a merge field generated additional unwanted characters.
• Resolved a case where the Outlook Online Add-in was preventing the creation of calendar events with email invites.
• Branding throughout the Outlook Online Add-in has been updated to AdvisorEngine.
• Resolved a case where emojis and other special characters did not capture correctly in emails.
• Resolved a case where the integration used the wrong Microsoft Account on a PC with multiple users.
• Resolved a case where Email Management grids that had been edited would not load correctly.
