New Features

  • Workflows and Actions have been updated to reflect the current design standard of the rest of the CRM.
  • The New Dashboard feature has been updated.
    • Four new Visual Cards have been added: Client Contact Trends, Client Retention Rate, Clients - Out of Contact, and Number of Clients by Advisor.
    • Cards can now be renamed to allow for multiple instances of the same card with different filter settings.
    • The Visual Card Library has new categories and "new" labels for recently added cards.
    • Two new Dashboard Templates have been added.
    • The Client Life Events card has been enhanced with Advisor filters, direct Record links, and the increment of the event in question.
  • The Profile Details page has been updated to enhance readability.
  • Service Level now appears on the Record header bar and can be added or removed in Record Layout Configuration.
  • The Record Layout Configuration page has been updated to match the visual look of the Record.
  • The Email Management Grid now has the Select All, Select None, and Select Page options featured on most Grids.

AE Wealth Platform to CRM Integration

Note that this integration is established and configured from the Wealth Platform.

  • Single Sign On tile on the home screen and Site Navigation bar to go directly to the Wealth Platform.
  • Asset/Position import from Wealth Platform.
  • Contextual links in imported assets to jump directly to the relevant Wealth Platform pages.
  • Wealth Platform Billing users can import Net Fees into the Record Revenue section.

Issues Resolved

  • Date of Referred By now starts as blank.
  • Password Security has been enhanced to deny repeat passwords.
  • Resolved a case where not all event types were available when setting up Calendly in a Webform.
  • Resolved a case where the Outlook Online add-in would not load.
  • Resolved a case where timestamps in Email Management were not showing the correct timezone.
  • Resolved a case where a user could not enable M365 for another user profile.
  • Resolved a case where users could not send email or create a document from the Action modal when using M365 integration.
  • The drop-down to select number of items in the grid for the email multiple recipients dialog is now fully visible.
  • Resolved a case where email capture ignored routing rules when the email was already part of a reply chain.
  • Resolved a case where switching M365 accounts for a CRM User would not enable email features.
