New Features

  • The layout and fields used in the Record Summary card in the New Record Layout can now be configured at a firm-wide level.
  • The New Record Layout has been tweaked with a number of requested features:
    • Vertical space of the header has been reduced to give more space below to work in.
    • Next/Previous Record and Return to Grid buttons have been added.
    • Pop-outs allowing you to view Reminders or the Record Summary cards from any section of the Record.
    • Tools have been consolidated to a single pop-out menu.
  • Web Forms can now work in tandem with the Calendly integration, allowing prospects to schedule an appointment right from the web form.
  • Rep Code filtering for Orion imports are now configured from the Asset Import settings.
  • Pershing Asset Import now filters by Rep Codes on import.

Issues Resolved

  • Resolved a case with Records slow loading or not loading in the new interface.
  • Resolved a case where blank or incorrectly formatted User Defined Fields caused issues.
  • Resolved a case where exporting Record data to excel sent data for more than just the current Record.
  • Resolved a case where the Action Subject would be truncated instead of word wrapped when first opening.
