Removing Imported Records
Records added to AdvisorEngine CRM by the Record Data Import Tool may be removed in bulk, but only if there have been no changes to any of the Records since the initial import.
- To remove an import, navigate to Import > Record Data Import.
- Click Manage Previously Imported Records.
- Imports you have run are listed by the date of the import. Select the checkbox on the import to remove and click Undo Selected Imports.
- You are asked to confirm the process before the undo begins.
All Records associated with that import are removed if possible.
When complete, you receive a System Alert that the undo is successful.
