When accessing AdvisorEngine CRM on a Mobile device, the user is presented with a streamlined interface suitable for smartphone use. This allows phone users access to critical information in a mobile-friendly user interface.
Not all fields and data, however, are available in the mobile view. If you have a larger-screen device or need to access a part of AE CRM not in the mobile view, you can tell your mobile web browser to request the AE CRM’s desktop view. Be sure to do this from the CRM Mobile Home screen or the views may not toggle.
