Once a User Profile is enrolled and authorized to access Schwab Advisor Center and Schwab OpenView Gateway, data may be accessed by opening any matched Asset into detail view.
Once you have accessed the Asset, click on
in the Asset details. Underneath this tab are six sub-tabs.The Overview tab gives a summary of the account information and preferences. You can expand each of these areas for more information.
The Alerts tab loads Alert data for this sub-account.
Click on a row to view more information on the Alert. From this screen you can Archive the Alert or add an Action from this Alert.
You may use the Archive button to archive the Alert in Schwab Advisor Center, just as you would archive these alerts when logged into the Schwab Advisor Center website. Archived alerts will not show in AE CRM; only open alerts will be displayed.
Click
to create an Action from this Alert.The Holdings Tab displays all positions. Click on a row to view more information.
When viewing Holdings, the symbol column shows as hyperlinks. Click on any of these hyperlinks will open a new tab directly to Schwab Advisor Center research for that position.
The Transactions Tab loads all transactions for the account. Click on a row for more information.
This tab displays an overview of account balances. For margin accounts, click on Buying Power Details for more information.
The Reports Tab enables you to view statements, tax related documents, and reports on trade confirmations. Click in the check box next to the report you wish to run. Select your report criteria as applicable (Start and end dates, tax year).
Double click the row to view the PDF report. Depending on browser PDF handling settings this will open in the new browser or prompt you to download the file.
When the integration is enabled, in the Financial Account Information section of the Asset, you will see a Schwab logo. Click the drop down and select Move Money. This takes you to the Money Movement page of the Schwab Advisor Center. (If you are already logged into the SAC in another tab, do not use this link.)
Also in the Financial Account Information, a user can choose the
option to be taken to the SAC home page to check alerts on the account. (If you are already logged into the SAC in another tab, do not use this link.)The Cost Basis sub-tab enables users to view both Unrealized and Realized Gain/Loss information.
Select the Realized Gain/Loss tab to view real-time data. The Grid loads the current year by default; use the dropdown menu in the upper left to change the desired range and then click
