Laserfiche-Cities Digital: Record Document Tab

Caution!
If you have selected Require Record Classification(s) during setup, each Record that you want to interface with Laserfiche must have a Classification of Client.

Navigate to the Record Documents section.

The document tab will default to the standard AE CRM view.

Click the Laserfiche – Cities Digital tab to open the Client folder in Laserfiche. Each Record linked to Laserfiche will automatically be given a folder in Laserfiche named as RecordName ‑ Person1LastName, Person1FirstName. This folder name will update automatically if changes are made to the Record Name or Person 1 name.

The Record folder in Laserfiche will automatically populate with subfolders as content is linked or pushed from AE CRM. In the example above, only Email content has been linked.
