Editing the Standard Action Form
To adjust which fields and features are available in an Action card by default, use the Standard Action Form Features setting.
All fields will be available in the Detailed tab of an Action, but you can remove clutter and unused fields from the Standard view to simplify your Users’ experience.
- Navigate to Settings > Firm Profile > Firm Preferences.
- Click Edit.
- Click Setup on the Standard Action Form Features line.
- Clear the checkboxes for any fields you do not want included in the Standard tab of the Action. The preview on the left auto-updates to show what the standard Action view will look like.
- Click Save to close the dialog and Save in the upper-right corner to commit your changes.
When viewing Actions, you will see your changes reflected while in the Standard tab.
Note: If you select ALL the features for the standard form feature, the Standard and Detailed tabs will not appear when editing an Action.
