Printing Workflow Templates

Workflow Templates may be generated into a printer-friendly structure for printing or export to Adobe pdf, Microsoft Word doc, or Microsoft Excel xls. It is possible to print a selection of Workflow Templates all at once or just a select Action Card of the Template.

Printing Workflow Templates

  1. Navigate to Workflow > Workflow Setup.
  2. Using the checkboxes, select the template(s) you want to print from the Grid (up to 10).
  3. Click Print in the upper right. A new tab will open and generate the printable view.
  4. Review the contents and either print the report or use the Save As command to export the report to a document format.

Printing a Single Action of a Workflow Template

  1. Navigate to Workflow > Workflow Setup.
  2. Open the template you want to print from the Grid.
  3. Click More > Print in the upper right of the Action Card. A new tab will open and generate the printable view.
  4. Review the contents and either print the report or use the Save As command to export the report to a document format.
