Copying a Workflow Template
AdvisorEngine CRM does not have a tool to directly copy a Workflow Template, but making a duplicate Workflow Template can be easily achieved with the following steps.
- Navigate to Workflow Setup.
- Click Add New Template.
- Use the Add Existing drop-down to select the existing Workflow Template you want to duplicate. The individual Action steps will be filled in for you.
- You will need to fill in the Workflow Template details, such as Workflow Category, Workflow Name, and Status manually. You may also make any edits you like to the Action steps at this time.
- When finished, click Save Template to keep your new Workflow Template copy.
