If installed and enabled, the Outlook Add-in should appear above the list of email messages in the Outlook Mail section.
If the add-in stops loading when it previously worked, try the following steps to re-enable it:
Relaunch Outlook to see if the Add-in has loaded. If not, or it was not in the list, continue below:
Listed in Inactive Application Add-ins
The Outlook Add-in should load.
Listed in Disabled Application Add-ins
The Outlook Add-in should load.
Not Listed in the Add-ins Window
If JunxureOutlookAddins does not appear under Active, Inactive, or Disabled Application Add-ins, the Outlook Add-in may have been uninstalled.
This can be verified by going to Control Panel > Programs & Features or Settings > Apps (depending on your Windows version) and searching for the Outlook Add-in. If it does not show on this list, it will need to be reinstalled. See Installing the Local Outlook Add-in for more details.
