We have some fields that are long and some that are short and adjust the width to accommodate the many fields we need on a grid. The problem is that we cannot read the field name anymore.  I have two possible solutions for this problem:

1. Wrap Text (like columns in Microsoft Excel can do)

2. Show the field name when the mouse hovers over the field

Without seeing the field name, our users are going to have a very hard determining what information is still needed. I am submitting this suggestion on behalf of our entire company (all AE users). Thank you for your consideration.
