Workflow Setup/Recurring Action Definition

I'd like to see a way to search all workflows under Workflow Setup and all Recurring Actions within a record (not ones that have been kicked off) when wanting to reassign various workflows/steps/recurring actions to various employees. In speaking with Tech Services, there is currently no way to locate and reassign for example when an employee leaves. This requires viewing every workflow under Workflow Setup and every Recurring Action that has been setup for our firm and look at every step to find the person's name in order to reassign to someone else (various employees). With 120+ Workflows and 85+ Recurring Actions; most with multiple steps, this is a vary labor intensive process.
