Workflow - Enhance multi-step workflows
Multi-step workflows are not user friendly and leave a lot of room for user error.
I recommend the following changes:
1. Multistep workflows should automatically pop-up when added so the user stating the action can input the required information. There are very few instances in client service where specific information isn't necessary.
2. Automatically add all workflow steps, instead of asking each time. If someone misses the "add related actions" step, there is no way the rest of the team would know - it goes unaddressed until it causes a problem. Another option would be make it an option upon building the workflow to toggle that option on and off
