Workflow Dates

I think it would be beneficial to choose which date the steps of a workflow would occur, more so than how many days after it needs to happen. For example, instead of choosing "5 days" after a task is completed, be able to chose "one week, on the first tuesday". That way workflow tasks dont show up over the weekend and need to be changed to the current week for completion.
