Recently we had a prospect that ghosted us 1.5 years ago and has come back to start over. The status was changed to "cold" and below that "lost." Now that I changed the status to "open," I cannot change the "won/lost" category to anything else, which screws up my grid. I tried to fix under list maitenance but that field is not available. If you could please just put an empty space in the dropdown, that would be great. If not, I will have to start the opportunity all over, which will lose the history and my reports will not be accurate. Thank you!
