My request is specific to Vonage VOIP phones, but the feature request would apply to any such system. It would be hugely helpful if AE offered the option to pull up a record card matching the Caller ID of an incoming call. This would put client information at our fingertips and allow quick/easy recording of notes or actions resulting from the call. Outgoing one-click dialing would be a nice add as well once this was implemented. There are competing products that have had this functionality for more than a decade so it certainly is do-able.
