Visual Indicator or Report for Identifying Service Monitors that are Disconnected from Original Mapping

It would be really helpful if there was a visual indicator or a report that we could generate that would tell us which records have service monitors that have been customized on the record level and have subsequently become disconnected from their original SM mapping for their respective service level.  

This would make it easier to identify which records would not receive an update to SM within their service level if there was a change to the interval, lead time, or workflow on a global scale.
