Use Enter key to accept search
When searching for a record via the search bar in the upper right hand corner, it would be really cool if I could just hit the Enter key to accept the result and go to the record once I've entered enough text to narrow it down to a single result.
As an example, we have one record in our database with the last name of "King". By the time I type those four characters into the search bar, that record is the only one in the list of potential matches. I'd love to be able to type "king<Enter>" and be taken straight to that person's record.
Bonus points for adding a keyboard shortcut to bring the seach bar into focus so that I can get to a client's record 100% using the keyboard. (Similar to how to Ctrl-L puts your cursor in the address bar in the browser.)
