Currently, when a field is not part of the "Record Data Change Tool," to update that field for multiple records you must navigate to each record and make individual changes. It would be easier to update this through an Excel or CSV file upload. Fields this applies to includes: Address / Dear, email addresses, phone numbers, birthdays, etc.
