Update end date when start date is changed in Appointment dialog

This feels more like an actual bug than a feature request. Here are the steps to recreate:

1. Create an action.
2. Click the calendar icon to create a linked action.
3. In the Appointment dialog box change the start date.
4. "BUG": The end date remains unchanged.

Intuitively, I would expect that if I set the start date, the end date would be set to match as probably 99% of the appointments I'm adding to the calendar will start and end on the same day. In addition, the time selectors do actually behave the "right" way. If I adjust the start time, the end time is automatically adjusted. That leads me to believe that the fact that the date picker does not automatically adjust is an oversight/bug.
