Since a recent update, I've noticed it's extremely hard to open the full knowledge base. All I see is the little drop down box to search and then when I click on a topic, it continues to show the answers in the little drop down box. Please put back the link to open the full screen knowledge base so I can see answers/instructions all at once. It's very frustrating - thank you!
