If you time stamp a note within an action and then later come back into the action to add another time stamp above the existing time stamp then the formatting goes to bold for the entire action.  Very annoying as this doesn't happen if you time stamp and then come back in and put the time stamp below the existing time stamp.  Formatting should be consistent whether you add a new stamp below or above an existing time stamp.  Also, I would support a complete overhaul of the formatting within actions.  It's very inconsistent among users.  Also, The default text is very small.
